On Sunday, October 22, Hunter College Elementary School held its first chess tournament of the 2006-2007 school year.
Over 160 children participated, and 127 of them competed in the rated sections. The top section, "Future Masters," was won by Robert Denunzio and Ben Kessler, both with 3 points out of 3.
